You will receive a training programme based on your level of experience, for home/ gym that will be regularly updated.

Each workout will have a step by step guide on how to do each exercise, with video & audio guide by Patricia.

You can track your workouts completed, along with the weights used, reps and sets.

  • You will be assigned a training programme to complete each week.

    Depending on your goals your programme will consist of multiple days workouts for you to do with fool proof guidance. Each exercise prescribed includes a video demo by Patricia as well as movement voiceover queues.

    Programmes can be made for home or the gym. You are given a programme that will change every 4 weeks to allow you to progress each month.

    You can rate your workout, track your progress as well as use built in timer features so stay on schedule.

    Optional instant messaging available at all times for you to ask questions.

  • You will have access to our ever growing workout library with over 80+ workouts to choose from.

    Quick workouts, Low Impact, Pilates, HIIT, Strength Classes will all be included & incorporated.

  • Daily motivation. Connect with like minded people & meet new friends. Get involved in the community.

  • Created by nutritionists the library has over 100 recipes with 15+ recipes added every month.

    Nutritional breakdown (including calories and macros) + multiple diet preferences such as gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, high protein, etc.

  • Video library full of nutrition & lifestyle educational videos, for example, how to combat sugar cravings, late night snacking, incorporating socialising into your diet, etc.
