You will be assigned a training programme to complete each week.
Depending on your goals your programme will consist of multiple days workouts for you to do with fool proof guidance. Each exercise prescribed includes a video demo by Patricia as well as movement voiceover queues.
Programmes can be made for home or the gym. You are given a programme that will change every 4 weeks to allow you to progress each month.
You can rate your workout, track your progress as well as use built in timer features so stay on schedule.
Optional instant messaging available at all times for you to ask questions.

After you complete an in-depth consultation form, we will start giving you recommendations.
Your app profile will be updated with personalised calorie & macros recommendations for you, feedback from Patricia with next steps. Habits will be assigned to your app for you to tick off as you complete them all aimed at helping you achieve your objectives through realistic behaviours.
Every day you will have the ability to tick off and track your progress with the app- please note you do not have to use calories & macros, we can work towards your goals in multiple ways.
You can link your smart watch & my fitnesspal account to the app which will allow your coach to get a clear picture of how you are doing.
You will have 1-1 check-Ins with Patricia biweekly where you will fill out a consultation form and receive feedback and recommendations for progression.
This is a great resource for learning from a nutritionist & accountability.

Habits assigned to you through in-app habit tracker. Weekly habits will be assigned to your portal for you to tick off as you do them in the app habit tracker to help you create long lasting behaviours.
