Having decided to target my Giulietta advert towards woman I thought I had better research how women have been used in car adverts in the past….. hmmmm definitely time for a change!! Enjoy.

VW Bug – Women are Soft & Gentle, But They Hit Things:                                               What a line. This is the classic “women are bad drivers” routine, a VW is no match for your wife when she gets behind its wheel. It’s almost laughable to look at, but these ads are not very old – along with their frame of mind.

BMW : You know your not her first

Ick! BMW’s recent and very controversial ad for their pre-owned vehicles shows an enticing gal who, they suggest, has probably had a few partners. At least that’s what this poster wants you to think. Super dodgy I reckon.

The Subaru here needs no further comment. This advert would make a feminist of me and I really am not a feminist!

But just in case the above adverts would have any of you believe that I think we should have more men doing the sexy body shots to sell cars…..

I think I will stick with the chicks and try to do an ad that does justice to both the stunning Alfa Romeo Giulietta and the ladiezzz!!
