First day with the Guilietta and though it really was love at first sight, that first drive really made me realise that I am hoping this is a long term relationship – I’m hoping to go all the way!
It’s just so easy, of course the Alfa rep gave us all the main pointers but as I drove off I was a little worried that I would somehow break this thing of beauty, but like Chitty Chitty Bang Bang does in the movie, the car pretty much leads you – it doesn’t quite drive itself but it makes it very easy for you to drive it. From the feature which tells you when to shift to optimum gear, to the sheer comfort of the seat and the positioning of the steering wheel and gear stick – it’s a dream. Indeed winning this beauty today was a serious dream, feel like a very lucky lady.
